She was diligent, hardworking, and incredibly insightful. We learned so much from her over the course of our search; from the nuances of the micro-neighborhoods, construction concepts that we would never have thought of asking about, to the most esoteric real-estate terminology that was alien to us but second nature to her. Nikki patiently guided us through a grueling 9 months of over 50 viewings, half a dozen offers, and multiple escrow attempts. She never stopped giving it her 100% throughout.
